Cancellation Policy

For all Spa Experiences, SALT will charge your Credit Card 72 hours prior to your appointment for full experience amount. 48 hours prior to reserved time, experience can be moved to another day, without refund. Payment is non-refundable or transferable 24 hours prior to appointment time. If using a gift card for the means of payment, please provide or input gift card number in notes to avoid refund fees.

Health & Wellness Surcharge

A 5% Health & Wellness surcharge is added to all purchases and services, pursuant to MN statute 177.23 sub 9. This is not an employee gratuity. This surcharge helps to cover some of the costs of our employee benefits. This surcharge is not directly affecting service providers or staff listed on transaction.
