Meet Lindsey! Lindsey is a concierge and loves to help with any questions SALT related! Her favorite things about SALT are making Latte’s, checking out the new retail, and meeting customers! When Lindsey isn’t at work she is usually spending time with her cat Raven, watching movies, or at the gym!
Bailey
Meet Bailey! Bailey is a concierge and is here to help with your SALT needs! Even coffee! Her favorite thing about SALT is the amazing atmosphere: the aesthetic decor, welcoming coworkers and delicious coffees. When Bailey isn’t at work, she loves weightlifting, true crime podcasts and exploring new coffee shops with friends.

Meet Lexi! Lexi is a hair stylist and color specialist. She is an expert in lived in color & blondes. Her favorite part of working at SALT is the beautiful atmosphere, the amazing team, & the SALT signatures in the café. Her favorite drink is the Luxe. In her free time Lexi enjoys the outdoors, plants, thrifting, & brunch with friends! Some of her Minneapolis favorites are Our Kitchen and Third Space Cafe.

Meet Rachel! Rachel has been a haircutting specialist since 2016. After graduating from Aveda, she went on to focus mainly on short cuts and worked in a barbershop for 6+ years. Wanting to get back into the long hair game, she found another passion for long layers, blowouts, and styling. Wether it's a healthy maintenance trim or a bold new vibe, she would love to be apart of your hair journey!

When she isn’t working, Emily enjoys reading, finding new restaurants, and attending sporting events with her fiance. She has a cat, Chico, and a dog, Reverie. Michaels favorite part about coming to, and working at SALT, is the calm energy. When he’s not at work, Michael enjoys being out in nature and exercising.
